You may notice this Electrode V is kind of orphaned in this set – that is, it’s in the “alternate print” section of the setlist, but there’s no apparent “standard print” in the set. They’ve definitely been doing this kind of thing for a while, but I think it’s a relatively recent thing that they’re taking out the standard prints instead of the alternates? I don’t mind when they take out cards that are gonna have some hiccups on the single pricing market, but otherwise it kind of feels not worth it, as it can make sets feel disjointed.
