Poké-POWER ⇢ Phoenix Turn
Once during your opponent’s turn, if Ho-Oh would be Knocked Out by damage from an attack, you may flip a coin. If heads, Ho-Oh isn’t discarded. Instead, remove all damage counters, Special Conditions, and other effects from Ho-Oh. Then, discard all cards attached to Ho-Oh (except for Energy cards). This counts as Ho-Oh being Knocked Out and your opponent takes a Prize card.
{C}{C}{C}{C} → Rainbow Wing : 20×
This attack does 20 damage times the number of different types of basic Energy cards attached to Ho-Oh.

Its feathers are in seven colors. It is said that anyone seeing it is promised eternal happiness.
Quarter-Turn
“Rainbow Wing” is a lot like “Rainbow Burn” on the upcoming Ho-Oh EX.
EDIT: And also apparently like Ho-Oh N3 18, and Ho-Oh ex from UF and POP. I did not realize this was a trend.

But I still think this Poke-POWER is extremely unique!! Is there another Ability out there like it? Ho-oh loses all its energy cards/tools/TMs, etc, along with damage counters and status conditions, and just… stays in the Active Spot!

Caps at 160. This OHKOed everything back then. Good.

Kazuyuki Kano’s art for the Pokémon TCG is mostly contained within Secret Wonders and Mysterious Treasures (with a couple stragglers ending up as POP cards and promos). The 27 cards credited to him in the English edition appear to be the entirety of his contribution?
I always thought his art looked like polished models from Battle Revolution – the stiff pose Ho-Oh is in here really reminds me of how it’s rigged in the 3D games – but I can’t make my mind up. Perhaps he was contributing directly to the TCG as a freelancer, but he may well have worked on PBR models as he* goes on to do exactly that for other video games. A Kazuyuki Kano can be found credited as a Character Animator** for Street Fighter IV (2008). After this, his credits usually list him as a member of AVANT Inc., starting off with the video game Vanquish (2010, as Lead Character Modeller), Xenoblade Chronicles X (2015, no specific title?), and in Kingdom Hearts III (2019, as Character Artist).
* Or perhaps there’s another Kazuyuki Kano out there? I can’t promise that isn’t the case!
** At least one online source credits him as a modeller instead, but I’m going with the game manual here.
