Poké-BODY ⇢ Buffer
If Hoppip would be Knocked Out by an opponent’s attack, flip a coin. If heads, Hoppip is not Knocked Out and its remaining HP becomes 10 instead.
{C} → Miracle Powder
Flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 Special Condition. The Defending Pokémon is now affected by that Special Condition.

Buffer is the perfect symbol for Hoppip’s eternal life. He never dies. Wounded, maybe. But he’ll always continue to live on forever.
Miracle Powder is correct, too. It really is a miracle that they even decided to print this game-breaking card.
My only problem with Pokemon sets that name themselves after things in the game is that they mess up the continuity of the established canon. If Team Rocket really did “Return” with a Hoppip on their team, Giovanni would have the entire Pokemon universe in the palm of his hand.
Just look at James in this picture: http://www.pocketmonsters.net/images/characters/1194.png. He’s trembling in fear, barely able to contain himself in Hoppip’s presence. There’s no way Team Rocket was ever able to harness the power of the Hop.
Broken. Normally I’d be happy they rotated this, but it seems Pokemon just keeps adding new Hoppips into the format to keep things in its balance. At least I can say “one of the most powerful hoppips is rotated”, but that’s the equivalence of being thankful that one meteorite has already hit Earth out of thousands that will eventually collide over the millennium. One Hoppip down. An eternity of hoppips to come.

Wait… what? JWittz? I think I know you!
Hmm… seems there’s only 4 Hoppips left after this. :(
