Another example of CGI artwork being S-tier and beating the laziness allegations (Tauros GX is also a great example). The effects are dynamic, the Pokémon is intense, and the backdrop reminds me of Houndoom from Neo Revelation (Yeah, the one howling before an ominous blend of Chaos Gym and the Aurora Borealis).
