Have this Pokémon some potential? I know i can use it to save (specially) basic Pokémon from death… but is there something else?

You could use it to discard your Tapu Lele GX and then use rescue stretcher to reuse them. Seems like a bit much just to reuse Lele though.

Darkrai GX is probably its best partner. You can discard it to bring it back with an Energy.
I just can’t find good uses for that combo. Hydregon STS comes to mind, but it would need 4 energy per turn just to make what Garchomp UPR already does without discarding any.
Maybe the other Hydreigon, with Dark Trance, to move the energy around. That way you can even activate more than one Weed Out ability per turn.
