Search your discard pile for 8 {R} Energy cards, show them to your opponent, and shuffle them into your deck. (This attack does nothing if you don’t have 8 {R} Energy cards in your discard pile.)
· Level-Up rule: Put this card onto your Active Infernape. Infernape LV.X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous level.

I do like how the new Steam Siege set will have an Infernape with the same attack as this (albeit more powerful). Nice that they don’t necessarily ignore a Pokemon species’ history.

Actually, yes they do… Kanto starters (bar FE, Charmander and Charmeleon), babies (excluding Riolu and Togepi), Rampardos line, Chimecho and a LOT of Grass Types haven’t been in the TCG for 5+ years. Most of which haven’t been in a single set since HGSS or Plasma.
