    “Rushing Flames” is just “Continuous Fireball” from Dark Charizard–but with the difference that you may discard {R} energies from any of your Pokemon, and not just Infernape :)

      They are functionally different, in fact.
      Infernape is forced to discard before flipping, whereas Charizard flips, and then only discards energy for each heads. Infernape discards regardless of result.
