This is a terrific counter to tera Charizard ex (B.D.I.F. as of writing this in April 2024), but it’s held back by the [G][G][C] energy cost.
Because Luminous Energy can count as only one [G] energy, your deck will need to play at least one **basic** [G] energy to utilize the “Rapid Vernier” ability.
