I recently found out about Media Factory printing an English version of this card, alongside an English ‘Ivy Pikachu’, for a Coro Coro insert in 1999. To anyone familiar with the English TCG, but didn’t know about these prints, they look so wonky your first impression would be that it’s a bootleg/fake. Keep an eye out for these at garage sales, lol.
