Poké-POWER ⇢ Undevelop
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may devolve Jolteon and put Jolteon into your hand. This power can’t be used if Jolteon is affected by a Special Condition.
{C} → Quick Attack : 10+
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage plus 30 more damage.
{L}{C} → Evolving Thunder : 50
If Jolteon evolved from Eevee during this turn, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon).

This Jolteon, alongside the Flareon and Vaporeon from this set, are potentially a reference to Vee, Red’s Eevee from the Pokemon Adventures manga. Due to being experimented on by Team Rocket, Vee developed the ability to freely evolve and devolve into the three Gen 1 Eeveelutions — before eventually permanently evolving into an Espeon. This was the only instance of a pokemon being able to devolve in that continuity.
