Heart-Stopping Kiss actually has a lot of potential, unlike its predecessor Perish Song seen on Neo Revelation Misdreavus and Platinum Altaria. Pair this with BREAKpoint Hypno, some energy acceleration (such as Max Elixir and Aqua Patch), and a means to reliably clear the sleep status (such as Keldeo EX or Dawn Wings Necrozma GX with a Float Stone) and you’ve got a decent deck on your hands.

That’s an interesting setup! In Expanded it might also be worth running Hypnotoxic Laser; only a 50% chance of Sleep, but doesn’t require any additional setup (aside from paying for the attack cost).

Lost Thunder Mareep is also another strong way to set up sleep for Jynx ex. If you really want the Hypno route, you can run All-Night Party/Chaos Tower or Sparkling Robe/Windup Arm as alterative ways to negate the self sleep.
