I couldn’t tell you how many, but the early WotC era was heavily printed during pokemania, which is why it was so easy for the longest to master set those sets up until the pandemic. I’m guessing it’s because of the perceived scarcity of a card printed 26 years ago that’s super niche when you had players going for big basics and collectors going for charizard. It’s lead to this wild market manipulation and FOMO buying by speculators.
