Pokémon Power ⇢ Revive Friends
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a card named Kabuto and put it on your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterward. Treat the new Kabuto as a Basic Pokémon. This power can’t be used if Kabuto is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed (or if your Bench is full).

{F}{C} → Work Together : 10+
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each Omanyte, Omastar, Kabuto, and Kabutops on your Bench.

Why are Pokemon with Pokemon Powers, Pokebodies, and Pokepowers marked with “has ability?”

Well, I think the average person searching for pokemon with powers, bodies, pokemon powers, or abilities wouldn’t quite grasp (or care about) the fact that effects that interact with abilities do not interact with the others and vice versa. Whenever I try to explain to people that Fossil Muk’s Toxic Gas is powerless against the new blastoise or that an effect must reference pokepowers and pokebodies to effect pokemon powers, it kind of goes over their heads.

I’m sure their head explodes when you try to explain trainer definitions to them.

That’s because the non-media factory cards have no business being mixed with these sets, and why they have different backs in japan.
The fact that Pokemon Powers are even effected by things that effect Poke-Powers at all in America is because Wizards still had the distribution rights and were trying desperately to keep the old cards compatible.

They shouldn’t. Data was entered incorrectly.

The JP text of the Work Together attack included Aerodactyl as one of the Pokémon that could count towards increase the attack’s damage. (I actually remember wondering, years ago, why Aerodactyl was left out of the equation.)
