I found this interaction pretty amusing. Hydrocutter reminds me more of Petal Dance without the Confusion downside as well as a more flexible attack cost (thinking of Jungle Vileplume) since Water Punch has a base damage amount in case you get all tails. Water-type Kabutops is pretty neat either way, I wonder if it’ll make a comeback.
