    Least HP ever given to a Stage 2.

    The new EXs are Basics with three times the HP of this Stage 2. Talk about power creep.

      It even has less HP than it’s pre-evolution. Okay, it can survive a Poison longer, but other than that, Kabuto can take more hits.
