You know, guys…maybe, just MAYBE requiring that the pokemon have four fighting energies to use its grass type attack might have been a BIT off the chain.

This one’s always interesting to me because it’s from a time where the game was still working on its identity. You have this Pokemon that’s a stage 2, but given stats and an attack that’s on par with a stage 1 in a game that veers from the videogames when it comes to typing and strengths/weaknesses. It was pretty much also dead in the water against anything that had fighting resistance.
