{G} → Fast Evolution
Search your deck for an Evolution card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Rollout is underpowered here. Right from the the start of the era, Stage 1 Pokémon had access to a flat 30 for just {C}{C}. The typical output for {C}{C}{C} was 40, and at this point, there was even a Fearow that could do 50 and had a neat combo with Boost Energy.
Not a surprise to see this Kakuna has an apparent counterpart with RG Metapod, who is noticeably weaker than loose equivalents, even within the same set.
