At first, I thought that it would carryout its effect if EITHER were heads. That would be a “fast acting poison” after all. If a standard poison only poisons them every other turn, it’s going to be slow in comparison. I was about to start uprating this, because that would have made it an insane basic.
But no, the fast acting poison is actually a very slow acting poison. What a waste

The size of Ekans compared to the size of the card from, along with its placement tucked away in a corner, reminds me of modern “alternate arts” and Super Illustration Rares, where the Pokémon takes up less of a prominent location in the illustration. It’s lower coils are even partially covered by the leaves of the fern in the foreground.
