  Right?? Between this card and Base Set Pidgeotto, I feel they were anti-Pidgeot lol. Did Ash ever evolve his Pidgeotto in the anime?

Imagine trying to load up 4 energy (or 2 DCE) on a 60 HP Stage 1 just to do 10 damage
