A mythical Pokémon said to have swelled the seas with rain and tidal waves. It battled with Groudon.
achildrenscardgame
Compared to XY Xerneas and Yveltal (which both have seen a respectable amount of play) the Kyogre and Groudon from this set are barely playable. PRC is the TCG set corresponding to the ORAS games and the non-EX mascots from this second pair of games in the series are horrible cards compared to the mascots from the first pair of games in this block, X&Y.
Similarly, Black and White Kyurem BCR are horrible cards that are the mascots of the BW2 games, the second pair of games in the previous block/generation, and pale in comparison to Reshiram and Zekrom BW which are the mascots from the first pair of games in the BW generation.
I wonder if this trend will continue in Generation 7? A playable regular Solgaleo and Lunaala from the first Sun and Moon set, and in the next pair of games (be it a Diamond & Pearl remake or otherwise) we get a corresponding TCG set with a terrible non-EX or -GX Dialga and Palkia? Just some crystal-ball gazing that occurred to me. ;)
On another note, the arts of Groudon and Kyogre PRC are incredibly ugly.
