There were *three* unique water (ice) type two-prize cards during the EX era (gens 5 & 6).
Oddly enough, this one never got a full art version. And I wonder why? The five other EX cards in this set–Virizion EX, Jirachi EX, Dialga EX, Palkia EX, and Genesect EX–all got full arts…
