Not bad for an evolving Stage 1, it’s 2nd attack actually helps with the strategy of the Aggron from this set… mill a lot. Memory Berry would be a nice reprint to add to this.

That average 1 card per turn you’re knocking off of the opponent is not going to be doing you much good in a mill deck, and the inconsistency ensures that if any “look at the top few cards in your opponent’s deck” effect was printed as a trainer or a poke power, you could not reliable remove threats when you need to. Celebi EX is basically a memory berry on an EX-pokemon stick , but that’s not going to help aggron very much at all.
