It’s obvious why it has that Ability, to allow Tag-Teams to continue to rule the format when this card was released, but thematically it just doesn’t make much sense. Where’s Latias when you need her

It’s so goofy to print a “counter card” but limit it so that it’s not actually a good counter to what it’s supposed to counter, because you don’t actually want the thing it’s supposed to counter to be countered!

whats even funnier is that the card was only really used with mewtwo mew gx, which is suppossed to be what the card counters
