I wonder if this Leafeon might see some value in Stellar Crown. It will instantly set up any of the upcoming Stellar pokemon’s signature attacks (Lapras, Cinderace, Galvantula, Tarapagos). The MEW Eevee’s ‘colorful friends’ attack would let you put Leafeon, any of those Tera’s, plus a utility-mon (Lumineon V/Rotom V, Mew ex, Bibarel, etc) into hand the turn before, making it a consistent setup, though spanning 2 full attack phases might be too slow.
