    Flash Touch is a really interesting effect for an attack (though why didn’t they ever just say “special conditions” in WotC era cards? unless that term didn’t exist yet) but I wish it did a little more. If it prevented all effects of attacks apart from damage, it could be really useful, but it otherwise just does nothing against certain decks.

      Yeah, “Special Condition” was introduced in the eCard era alongside the Burned condition (otherwise we’d have had to deal with “Asleep, Confused, Paralyzed, Poisoned, or Burned”), so it didn’t exist when this card was released.
