Look at your opponent’s hand, then choose you or your opponent. That player shuffles his or her hand into his or her deck and draws up to 5 cards.
· Supporter rule: You can play only one Supporter card each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokémon. When your turn ends, discard this card.

Any ruling gurus here? I will appreciate any help with the following.
A: “Look at your opponent’s hand, then”
What’s the MINIMUM number of cards your opponent must have in their hand for you to be able to play Looker’s Investigation: 0 or 1?
B: “choose you or your opponent”
I take it I can even choose a player that has no cards left in their hand AND deck.
For example: My opponent has no cards left in their deck, but I’m still allowed to choose them to shuffle their hand of 0 cards into their deck to draw 0 cards, unless that counts as playing Looker’s Investigation for no effect, in which case I’m only allowed to choose a player that has at least 1 card left in their hand or deck?
C: “Draws up to 5 cards”
Usually in the online game a player picks a number of cards to draw, so I’m guessing that player must choose numbers between 1-5, then draw that many cards, OR between 1-X, if that player’s deck is less than 5 (X being less than 5)?
