Why isnt this played in every GLC deck?

There’s no guarantee you even have two supporter cards in hand, and burning two supporters just for the sake of it isn’t necessarily what you need to do. Sometimes you want to leave supporters at the end of the game in case you get set to one card in hand. Overall, it’s a slow card. For GLC in particular, you can also argue that you want to find two specific supporters which may be hard due to the singleton nature. It is in every control deck at least.
