If you drew 2 cards when your opponent declines the treaty, this card would be vaguely useful. As it is, it’s simply deckthinning fodder.

I know someone that plays this! He plays a crazy fast Trainer engine that can fully set up 1st turn, the downside being it dies to Trainer lock.
I prefer a slower but more reliable Supporter based engine but yeah… he’s turn 1 Lugia ex’d me so… it definitely has it’s (overkill) advantages :P

You’re right. When I posted the comment, I had -assumed- that there would be enough non supporter deckthinners. It turns out that there aren’t as many as I thought,so this card suddenly becomes almost obligatory , because both outcomes result in 0-card loss and thin out your deck/prize area.
