strictly worse version of Astral Radiance Lucario V, as well as just being worse than the previous one. Makes me wonder why they even bother bringing these cards over to English sets rather than just make them promos or something.

Right… or this one (regulation-E) could’ve just stayed never translated into English, for all I care!
ASR Lucario V can use Double Turbo Energy (for either of its moves!) but this one cannot. Literally no reason on earth you’d *ever* choose this card over Regulation-F Lucario V.
