“four energy and a discard is just too much for a pokemon’s only attack” you say?
Guess again! There’s a reason why this is the cover pokemon for the set: with all of the plasma support and forced switches out there, you could very well acquire all of your prize cards before your opponent gets to develop his field.
Keep in mind, though..like so many other important pokemon, he can get curbstomped by Latias EX
