I guess this is the eponymous “Silver Tempest” of the set? I think this point of trivia risks being forgotten in the long run because the set is predominantly based on S11a Incandescent Arcana, which pushed Alolan Vulpix VSTAR as its star card*, and Silver Tempest’s pre-release materials talked up Alolan Vulpix VSTAR (and featured it on the ETBs) and Lugia’s inclusion in the set is something of an unannounced surprise after the fact. But the name seems to imply Lugia, and the set symbol appears to be a very crude reduction of Lugia into a set logo.
* Except the gold card treatment was instead given to Serperior VSTAR? (This carries into this set too, obviously.)
