I like this Poke-Power better than “Dragon Wind” or “Drive Off“–it’s always more fun to pick which new Pokemon gets switched in.

But Dragon Wind DOES choose the Pokémon to be switched in! Just not which of your opponent’s two active Pokémon to switch out. (Granted, I don’t know if Lumineon’s lack of a “the opponent chooses the defending Pokémon to switch” clause implies it is any different, since that may have just been the default ruling for these types of effects in the two on two format in the absence of any clarification to the contrary?)
