This allows you to recycle any supporter card on odd turns from the discard pile and use it on the even turns.
Was this card widely used back when it was legal in competitive play or was the cost of losing half of the supporter uses on recycling too much?

Lusamine was always a very dangerous card exclusively because it doesn’t have any text that prevents another Lusamine from being recycled with its effect. It essentially made your resources borderline infinite since you could use cards like Acerola infinitely, which was a powerful stalling strategy. The card was actually temporarily banned in Expanded until a few years back when they unbanned it, because it in combination with Lt. Surge’s Strategy led to situations where you could Surge, Lusamine, and then reuse any other supporter. It was very broken in that context, and now, it’s still kind of on a watch list, but it’s not as overwhelming as it was with Surge.
