    I’ve always appreciated the design of this card. The main effect is powerful, so it encourages players to use it. The drawback encourages players to only run a single cop without outright telling them that they can only have one.

      Yeah it is a nice design, DP era had a lot of good ideas… strategic depth without being too complicated. You could run the risk and use two to up the chances of drawing one, but also risk drawing a useless second one.

      The BEST ball trainer in singleton formats! I have Five 150 decks and only two Luxury ball, they have to move between decks :/
