Gardevoir is up there with Charizard and Gyarados as having perhaps the most shiny cards of itself printed. We just got another shiny (“radiant”) Gardevoir card announced for Lost Origin, releasing this August.

Can’t forget about Rayquaza. It got quite a few shiny cards printed as well, more than Gardevoir. I will say that Gardevoir definitely feels like the odd one out with its shiny treatment, since it’s not a particularly iconic shiny Pokémon other than its Mega Evolution having a striking black gown.

I’d say that depends on what fandom circles you’re active in. I’ve always seen far more shiny Gardevoir than any other shiny on art-centric places like Pixiv and deviantart. It also got featured in the Magearna movie (along with shiny Gengar) with an associated event distribution in the games.
