It’s said that not even pro wrestlers can take down a Machop.

This is one of the laziest cards ever printed. They used Sugimori artwork, had exactly average HP for a Machop, didn’t have its attacks do anything (not even a flip!) and its attacks are called “Punch” and “Kick”.
I find both the simple and extravagant attack names to be amusing. Its the “Vine Whips” and “flamethrowers” of the world that are hard to say in a silly way. Granted, being actual attacks, they aid the imagination because you know what they look like, but you can’t really goof around with them.
Of course, nothing much beats the attacks with names that make no sense whatsoever, such as Happiny MT’s “lively.” I guess the only excuse they really have for something like that is the possibility that the designer might have let one of his children name the attack…

“Kick” attacks are always my favorite. There are very few ways in this game to end your turn that are as fun as saying “I kick you.”

I would much rather shout “DOOM DECREE!” Flip 2 heads and win a game.

What’s worse, is including the Japanese exclusive Chikorita Side Deck, this card has been reprinted twice!
