This is the only time Magby ever got a holo card made of it. Elekid, Smoochum, and a host of other babies never even got this.

  Smoochum did actually get a holofoil in the HGSS block – both in the JP edition (HeartGold collection), and in the EN edition (HGSS Promo 13).
