I feel this sounds totally ignorant, but why not just play Pidgeot and use another attacker instead of using the space for Ludi+Mag? It seems more efficient that way to me. (Although I never played during any of the EX eras. Stoopid Vinay >:(

Ludicargo was not affected by Battle Frontier.
Ludicolo did a lot of damage, Magcargo OHKO things like Metagross HL, Scramble Energy allows for an instant revenge kill
The combo of those Poké-Powers was a great bonus as the 2 Pokémon used for it weren’t useless as attackers
