“The” idea behind this card seems to be that you get 4 Magikarp and 4 Gyarados in your discard pile, and then use the Ditto from this set to use Raging Fin to do 10+(30*8)=250 damage. With a Choice Belt attached this can actually 1HKO Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR, one of the top threats during the format this card set released. Those who actually play the game competitively can comment on whether this is actually seeing any play.
