Debut of “Signs of Evolution”! This attack appears on many Eevees, but on other Pokémon too across the years.

This is indeed the debut of this attack [しんかのよかん 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐚 𝐧𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐧 – “Evolutionary Premonition”?]. The other attack you’re talking about, that first appeared on RS Wurmple, is [しんかのきざし 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐚 𝐧𝐨 𝐊𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢 – “Evolutionary Omen”?]. It’s easy to see why the translation team struggled to come up with a different name, but they probably should’ve tried? The subtle difference in name corresponds to a subtle difference in function – this attack requires a coin flip, the other one doesn’t.
