As long as Magmar is an Evolved Pokémon, all Energy attached to Magmar are {R} Energy instead of their usual types.

Whitmer 4 POTUS
This artwork and Victreebel (in this same set) are maybe my favorite -ex era artworks. The color just pops! These cards look very fun and playful, just like storybook illustrations.
Kizuki was a great addition to the TCG art team in Team Rocket (bringing us wacky, original cards like ‘Nightly Garbage Run’ and ‘Digger’), and I’m glad she’s stuck around since then :)
