As long as Magmar is an Evolved Pokémon, all Energy attached to Magmar are {R} Energy instead of their usual types.

Choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage to that Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

If the Defending Pokémon already has any damage counters on it, the Defending Pokémon is now Burned.

Whitmer 4 POTUS
This artwork and Victreebel (in this same set) are maybe my favorite -ex era artworks. The color just pops! These cards look very fun and playful, just like storybook illustrations.
Kizuki was a great addition to the TCG art team in Team Rocket (bringing us wacky, original cards like ‘Nightly Garbage Run’ and ‘Digger’), and I’m glad she’s stuck around since then :)
