A great starter for Fire Starter decks as you can draw loads of cards at the start then get all the energy back later with Blaziken RubySapphire (it’s like Eelektrik).
It’s only got better with time because now you can evolve it into a decent attacker once you’re done drawing.

You can even evolve it into the Furious Fists Magmortar when it comes out which might work well in a Lightning deck!
