This is a straight-up nerf of the base set one except for the HP. Huh.

Yeah, I didn’t notice that until you pointed it out. Of course, I’d forgotten that the original’s Thunder Wave did 10 damage, as well as doing 10 damage to each Benched Pokémon. It isn’t even like Magnemite was a particularly good card in the first place.
