I’m not sure if there are any modern examples of this, but if you had Medicham ex use Sky Kick against a Pokemon with a resistance to [F], but this stadium was in play, would the attack do only 60 damage, or would it also factor in the resistance that’s printed on the card but ignore it due to this stadium?

I’m not a judge, so take my ruling with a grain of salt. I’d argue heavily towards the side of the attack only doing 60 damage and not activating its secondary effect. A similar example is found in expanded with Boldore (Emerging Powers EPO 51) and with Marowak (Dragons Exalted DRX 61).

For gameplay purposes Pokemon on the field have no Resistance while this is in play, so Medicham ex EM‘s Sky Kick would not do the extra damage.

Fun fact–if you were playing with the version of Magnetic Storm that was legal when Medicham ex was legal, you would get the extra damage, since the old Magnetic Storm just ignores Resistance for the purposes of damage calculation (the Resistance is still there).
