Hmm…along with Gengar and Flygon, I don’t think there has ever been a ‘bad’ Magnezone card. Nothing absolutely awful anyway.

Of the magnezones printed up to the Prime, the promos and DP are pretty bad.

Only the promos and the “non-Plasma” Plasma Storm ones look bad to me.
Stick the remainder into a deck and it’s probably a decent core… draw, acceleration and raw power, they have it all!

In U150 a 4-4-5-1 line of Magnezone looks good to me! (5 being 3 reg. and 2 "ex")
Free retreat, deck searching for L or M Pokemon (can grab all but 1 Holon's Pokemon), Energy acceleration from the regular ones.
Prime… no ones arguing about how good he is! Plasma is still good even with the U150 nerf, hit and run attack only adds to the appeal (Float Stone Spiritomb is something I've had done to me -_-). The LV.X is a "kill spell", save it for when there's something that NEEDS to go that you can't 1HKO.

As an extra bonus you get Holon’s Magnemite and Holon’s Magneton to play with!
You can technically go more than 4-4 with them using the “Max. loophole” >_<

Doesn’t seem to ever go down. I’m waiting for my oppritunity to swoop in and buy some while they’re low, but it doesn’t seem to happen.

Same ability as DS Porygon2, but this time it’s a Stage two card. Although I doubt that was a huge drawback with Broken Space-Time…
