     Oh, to go back those halcyon days of our youth, when a 6 set gap might be worth pointing out! More notably, this is the last card Asuka Iwashita ever illustrated. Iwashita illustrated artwork for 5 cards for the TCG. 3 are exclusive to the Japanese edition, one is Expedition Quilava, and the last one is this card.

     Iwashita appears to be a graphic designer who worked for Game Freak. She was involved in several aspects of the franchise during Generations 2, 3, and 4;
     – for the ‘main’ game series, she is credited for graphic and/or monster design in GSC, RS, FRLG, Emerald, and HGSS
     – for the ‘side’ games, she is credited for graphic and/or monster design in Colosseum and Gale of Darkness
     – for the anime, character draft/concept design for the Jirachi, Deoxys, and Arceus films

       Actually, looking this over, Iwashita (probably) had no direct involvement in the Genius Sonority games. Her credits there are limited to monster design, i.e. her credit for monster design in RS suggests she designed at least one Pokémon that debuted in those games, and the spinoffs are crediting her for the use of that Pokémon in turn. (There does seem to have been a high level of involvement from Creatures staff on those games, but Game Freak employees don’t seem to have been directly assigned to work on them.)
