It kind of looks like a face that would tell you in a dried up kind of tone: “yeeess, I will find the last secret collect before the sweet cuppin’ cake does”.

Could I use this card to put a Pokemon Lv.X onto my bench? Theoretically speaking.

No. Nor could you use it to Bench half a BREAK Evolution or part of a Pokémon LEGEND card. The Pokémon card being put into play must be a full Pokémon in its own right, with all required stats. Level Up cards and BREAK Evolutions have no bottom stats (Weakness/Resistance/Retreat) so they’re as incomplete as the others I named.

…and this is why I usually look up cards I “clearly” remember, just to be on the safe side. So why didn’t I do that this time? XP

Lv.X cards actually do have bottom stats. Hence why I brought them up. They basically are a full Pokemon in their own right.

My apologies. I normally look up cards, even if I remember them, just to make sure I’m not suffering a brain fart but this time, even though I didn’t play much while this mechanic was dominant, I was lazy and didn’t. Hench forgetting that they did indeed have their own bottom stats.

If I remember correctly, Lv.X forms aren’t actually a “Stage” of Evolution, however, counting as whatever Stage from which they Leveled-Up. BREAK Evolutions are their own Stage but lack their own bottom stats, while Lx.X have bottom stats but lack their own Stage.

I’m not certain of this, so I’ll ask your question over on pokegym.net, in their “Ask the Rules Team” section. >.>
