   I remember the old Pokemon card shop I used to visit as a kid (RIP) used to have one of these in Japanese in their rare case. I wanted it pretty badly every time I went, but it was too expensive. The ironic thing is, now that I can see a copy of it in English, I still can’t read it.

     Choose a type of Energy other than Colorless-attack.png attached to Mew. This attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent’s Pokémon of that type (including Benched Pokémon). Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance.

       Not that I really cared what it did. I could have just looked that up else where. I just find it funny that every time I come in contact with this card, there’s something in my way that makes it hard to read.

       Fun fact, this Mew was mistranslated by Wizards of the Coast and was only ever meant to choose a type of BASIC Energy attached to it. Which makes a HUGE difference, as you go from being able to slam down a single Rainbow Energy and choose any one type (Other than Colorless) to having to attach first a PSYCHIC Energy and then ANOTHER Energy SPECIFICALLY for the type you want to target.

       Three-time world champion Jason Klaczynski wrote a helpful guide to cards that Wizards of the Coast mistranslated, though he hasn’t updated it recently.
