{P} → Psywave : 10×
Does 10 damage times the number of Energy cards attached to the Defending Pokémon.
{P}{P} → Devolution Beam
Choose an evolved Pokémon (your own or your opponent’s). Return the highest Stage Evolution card on that Pokémon to its player’s hand. That Pokémon is no longer Asleep, Confused, Paralyzed, or Poisoned, or anything else that might be the result of an attack (just as if you had evolved it).

So rare that it is still said to be a mirage by many experts. Only a few people have seen it worldwide.

Mew used Devolution Beam!
Machamp (Base Set ) devolved into Machoke (Triumphant)
“Wait, why did I think that was a good idea, again?”
Curtis
Who is asking that question, the user of Devolution Beam, or the player of the Machamp line?
feyblade
Well,it’s a pretty ridiculously improbably scenario no both sides, considering the fact that one player is using devolution beam in a way that would definitley not benefit it ,and the other made the conscientious decision to field an evolution that is essentially identical to its less evolved form.
Mew Haver
How was this card distributed? I remember having it, was it with the GBC Pokemon TCG game? Or was that just Meowth?
anon-san
it was a play promo for the pokemon league. you basically would get one for just showing up.
