{P} → Psywave : 10×
Does 10 damage times the number of Energy cards attached to the Defending Pokémon.
{P}{P} → Devolution Beam
Choose an evolved Pokémon (your own or your opponent’s). Return the highest Stage Evolution card on that Pokémon to its player’s hand. That Pokémon is no longer Asleep, Confused, Paralyzed, or Poisoned, or anything else that might be the result of an attack (just as if you had evolved it).

So rare that it is still said to be a mirage by many experts. Only a few people have seen it worldwide.

It depends. There is a holographic version and a non-holographic version. Both were given away as promos in Toys’r’Us. I can’t really tell you how much it is worth exactly but anytime I try to estimate the value, I go to amazon and ebay and look up for the items. From what I saw, the holos are close to $10 and the non-holos are close to $3. I have a japanese version of this card (got it from a vending machine in Publix for $2) and the japanese are worth more because it was included in a set (Fossil set), making it much rarer. So the value of the card (depending on the condition of course), goes from $8 to $20 (max) if it is a holo and $2 to $8 for the non-holo. You also have to factor its gameplay (experts and master class players hardly or do not evolve their pokemon in gameplay, making the second attack “devolution beam” useless). Bottom line: You hit the jackpot if get someone to buy it for $20 for the holo or $8 for the non-holo.
